This study aims to test the effectiveness of blended learning rotation model improve scientific literacy skill prospective teacher students. The design this used Posttest-only with nonequivalent groups. research subjects were 76 students majoring in biology education at Universitas Mataram. was done two experimental groups, namely station (BLSRM) and regular (RL). instrument a multiple-choice which refers aspects competence according PISA. data analysis technique carried out descriptively, complete Hotelling's T2 effect BLSRM on students' skills. results showed that skills very low category (mean = 38.50, RL 34.22) there no (Hotteling Trace .098 Sig. .080).
